Post Session Self-Care


  • After a session it’s important to drink lots of water. This additional water assists the release of the old energies from the physical body and supports the integration of the new energies/beliefs/perspectives.
  • If you feel moved, it’s also very supportive to take a bath with Epsom salts or sea salt.
  • If possible, try not to schedule “busy” events after a session.
  • And most importantly, be gentle and kind with yourself. :)
