Post Session Self-Care

 

  • After a session it’s important to drink lots of water. This additional water assists the release of the old energies from the physical body and supports the integration of the new energies/beliefs/perspectives.
  • And, if you feel moved, it’s also very supportive to take an epsom salts or sea salt bath. Again, this supports your body in the further release of the old energies and the integration of the new ones.
  • If possible, try not to schedule “busy” events after a session.
  • And most importantly, be gentle and kind with yourself. :)

BTW, if you find that you’re experiencing emotions but don’t know why, this is indicative of energies that are still releasing. Do your best to be present with them as they release. Do not try to engage with them or try to ‘figure them out’.
