Emotions are like Glue

Emotions are like Glue

Emotions are like the glue that hold a patterned way of thinking, feeling, believing or acting in place. I know this to be true because every time I release an emotional upset for a client, I find that the pattern dissolves and the client’s thoughts and behaviours naturally shift into a more positive place. They don’t have to try to remember to ‘be positive’ any more. Positivity is their new way of Being. This positivity flows forth naturally and easily. And the outer world reflects this new consciousness by flowing physical people, places and things into place as well.

So, how does one dissolve that emotional glue?

In one word, Love. Love dissolves all discord and brings things back into their natural harmony. The problem is that the idea of Love has been tainted by our limited human conceptions and our negative experiences. Appreciation & gratitude are actually purer forms of Love. This is why the Heart Breath Meditation focuses upon appreciation & gratitude. (If you haven’t downloaded it yet, please go here to do so. You’ll be asked to sign up.)

Heart Breath Meditation

So step 1 is to use the Heart Breath Meditation to raise your vibration. When we’re triggered, it can be difficult to shift into a higher state. Do your best. Let it be okay if you can’t move into a higher state. You can still do this process.

Ask

Step 2 is to ask your Entourage (your Soul/Spirit Essence, Guides, Soul Family & Friends) for their assistance. Ask them to dissolve this emotional discomfort. Imagine that you can feel/sense or see them working. As they’re working, your job is to stay present and hold a space of heart-felt gratitude and appreciation for them doing this for you. Focus on how grateful you are for their assistance. Focus on how good it’s feeling to be freed from this.

You can also ask your Entourage to dissolve anything and everything that’s in resonance with this issue or emotion… throughout all your bodies… past, present & future… throughout all timelines, universes, known and unknown.

After you’ve done this exercise, notice how you feel now when you think about the issue. It will feel different. It may need to be repeated again. It may need to be repeated a number of times, which actually makes sense if you think about how long has this program been running. To expect to be able to clear it in one meditation might be a little unreasonable.

Wishing you all the best with this!

And if you find that need assistance to move through a tough issue, you can always book an appointment to get clear of it super-quickly!

Have a great week!

How do you treat yourself more lovingly?

How do you treat yourself more lovingly?

It’s easier than you think!

 –

When we think about treating ourselves more lovingly, resistance can arise. This is because the majority of our associations with love have been conditional. Conditional love says, “I’ll love you if… you act the way I want you to act, dress the way I want you to dress, etc., etc.” We received this message repeatedly in childhood, through religious training, mainstream media, and music.

 –

Solution… bypass all the conditional programming!

How?

 –

This is the easy part. Recall a memory where you felt appreciation. I’ve found it easiest to access appreciation through my memories of being in nature… a beautiful sunset, hearing a hawk in the distance, or watching animals play. Spend 3 to 5 minutes (or longer) hanging out in that memory. Focus your attention upon the good feelings and anything that amplifies those good feelings. When I spend time with these memories, energetically I’m amplifying those good feeling-experiences in my personal energy field. And what’s cool is that science is now proving that spending time in good feelings actually affects our physical body in a positive way. And, when I hang out in those good feelings, amplifying them in my personal energy field, I naturally attract more people, situations and opportunities, that external stuff brings even more good feelings into my experience.

 –

Try this upon arising in the morning…

When I do this appreciation exercise upon arising in the morning my day unfolds in a much more harmonious manner. It took a little practice but as I continued to practice, those good feelings became easier to access and I experienced that goodness more and more deeply every day. Have fun with this. Don’t make it a chore. Look for things that evoke appreciation and it’ll become easier and easier. Enjoy!
